Ananya and Anutthama is a sprawling 40-acre open-plot development, entrusted to our firm for designing common amenities and landscapes. With a strong commitment to sustainability, we have embraced the use of local materials and indigenous design principles to seamlessly integrate the project into its natural context. Drawing inspiration from the site's unique characteristics, the design prioritizes the use of native plant species and eco-friendly materials, aiming to minimize environmental impact while fostering biodiversity and ecological resilience.

The layout is designed to encourage fluid movement throughout the space, creating a harmonious interplay between relaxation, recreation, and community engagement. The design balances built elements with natural features, utilizing an intricate mix of vegetation, carefully curated water features, and regionally sourced hardscape materials.
