Situated on the outskirts of Hyderabad, the 28-acre plot features an undulating landscape of natural elements, including rocky plains and a lush, verdant forest along one edge. Our design concept was centered around the idea of 'harmony with the surroundings.' We aimed to develop the plots while preserving the site's natural features as much as possible.

From the piping to the roads, all infrastructure was planned to follow the natural contours of the land, minimizing the need for major alterations. The landscape incorporates a variety of native flora, preserving the ecological identity of the region. The Miyawaki forest on the site has been designed as a seamless extension of the existing forest, further reinforcing our commitment to environmental integration.
