Mr. Muneem's multi-family residential building stands on a linear plot facing east and south. We took advantage of this fact by providing large windows and east-facing balconies for optimum light and ventilation, while keeping the southern facade shaded to avoid excess heat and harsh afternoon light.

The elevation of this building located on a corner plot, is comprised of a stone wall mural and a CNC-cut privacy screen that pop out against vertical linear elements in a muted grey.
