Dr. Srinath’s villa at Sainikpuri is another paradigm of minimal contemporary design, where we focused on providing luxury and comfort in the limited space available. Projecting solid cubes and hollow voids, slabs in white and raw concrete finish, contrasted by wooden fluted panelling and glass railings make up the façade of this villa.

The interiors of the villa are minimal in design yet loud in the choice of materials – bright wooden veneer cladding, wall cladding in vibrant marble and tile patterns, bright-coloured wardrobes in the bedrooms, etc. create a unique atmosphere.
