Sreemaavi Solitaire came about when builders from Sreemaavi Infra approached us with their requirements for an apartment building whose design reflected the urban fabric of their city, Warangal.

The total built-up area of the project is 2,38,000 square feet, which is stacked into six floors with luxurious 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments in each floor. The elevation embraces alternating cuboidal volumes in cool greys and whites, complemented by long vertical elements in warm wooden tones. Solitaire's facade utilises projecting balconies that appear as floating platforms, with minimal glass railings that offer uninterrupted panoramic views.
