-Nestled in the heart of Nandyala, Andhra Pradesh, Tattva is a boutique hospitality project conceived on a compact 288 sq. yd. footprint, translating into 11,700 sft of thoughtfully planned built-up space across a stilt floor and five upper levels. The name Tattva — meaning “essence” or “the true nature of a thing” — reflects a design philosophy rooted in modern contemporary minimalism: clean geometric volumes, restrained material palettes, and an architectural language that favours clarity over ornamentation. The stilt floor addresses the practical needs of guest and vehicular movement, freeing the upper floors to focus purely on the guest experience. Each of the five levels is composed with an emphasis on natural light, ventilation, and efficient spatial planning — ensuring that even within a tight urban plot, the hotel feels open and uncluttered.
-True to its name, Tattva strips away visual excess to let form, proportion, and material honesty define the character of the building. Neutral tones, linear facades, and understated detailing come together to create a space that feels calm, contemporary, and timeless — a quiet counterpoint to the everyday rhythm of Nandyala, offering guests a refined retreat within the town.
