The name Tattva — meaning “essence” or “the true nature of a thing” — reflects a design philosophy rooted in modern contemporary minimalism: clean geometric volumes, restrained material palettes, and an architectural language that favours clarity over ornamentation. The stilt floor addresses the practical needs of guest and vehicular movement, freeing the upper floors to focus purely on the guest experience. Each of the five levels is composed with an emphasis on natural light, ventilation, and efficient spatial planning — ensuring that even within a tight urban plot, the hotel feels open and uncluttered.
